Terms and conditions of the sale:
Items sold As Is, Where Is, without any warranties. Items are available for inspection, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere. Storage, insurance, tear-down, and removal of item is at the sole risk, expense and liability of the buyer. NO load fees. Wire payments or cash payments and preapproved check is accepted. A $20 wire transfer fee will be applied and needs to be included in the wired amount.
OUR BUYERS PREMIUM IS 15% PER ITEM FOR ANY ITEM THAT IS $7,000 AND BELOW! WHEN AN ITEM IS PURCHASED FOR $7,001 OR MORE, THE BUYERS PREMIUM WILL THEN DROP TO 10%! THERE IS A BUYERS PREMIUM CAP OF $5,500 PER ITEM. BUYERS PREMIUM IS BASED OFF EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM, NOT THE GRAND TOTAL!
A TITLE FEE OF $50 APPLIES TO EACH ITEM.
A WIRE FEE OF $20 WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY INVOICE THAT WILL BE PAID VIA WIRE TRANSFER.
A 4% CREDIT CARD FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY INVOICE THAT WILL BE PAID VIA CREDIT CARD. IF YOU WISH TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE AND HAVE THEM PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT AFTER THE SALE IS COMPLETED AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS THAT ARE ABOVE $3,000.
LOCAL AND STATE SALES TAX APPLY UNLESS OTHERWISE EXEMPT.
Loading/ Breakdown Services Available:
Units that need to be put on a pallet for shipment or knocked down for shipment will be charged for that service. Pallet and materials $10.00 per pallet, as PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SALE price.
Items must be picked up within 15 Days unless other arrangements have been made with the office.
LOADING HOURS: Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 3:30pm
Friday 8am-2pm
FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH ONLY: 8:00am-12:00pm
